Foreclosure Courts We Appear In: Cook, DuPage and Will

Foreclosure practice is local. Calendars, standing orders and the way a motion gets presented differ from county to county, and knowing that is half of getting a hearing date that helps you.

Cook County:

Foreclosure cases are heard in the Chancery Division's Mortgage Foreclosure Section at the Richard J. Daley Center, 50 West Washington Street, with suburban districts handling matters outside the city. Our office is a few minutes' walk from the courthouse.

We represent homeowners across Chicago - including Austin, Auburn Gresham, Englewood, South Shore, Chatham, Roseland, Belmont Cragin, Portage Park, Albany Park, Rogers Park, Pilsen, Bridgeport, Beverly and Hyde Park - and in suburban Cook, including Cicero, Berwyn, Oak Park, Evanston, Skokie, Des Plaines, Schaumburg, Orland Park, Tinley Park, Oak Lawn, Calumet City, Harvey, Chicago Heights and Dolton.

DuPage County:

Wheaton. We appear for homeowners in Naperville, Downers Grove, Elmhurst, Lombard, Glen Ellyn, Addison, Bloomingdale, Villa Park, Carol Stream, Wheaton, Bensenville and West Chicago.

Will County:

Joliet. Joliet, Bolingbrook, Plainfield, Romeoville, Lockport, New Lenox, Shorewood and Crest Hill.
